As some of you may have noticed, bit of a gap on uploads recently. This would have been ended sooner, but ironically for someone who has just written an article on photography, I didn't like the photos I took. I actually scrapped two loads. Then it was a lack of time to upload and caption the photos.
Anyhow, I think I hinted in a previous post about Project Z? As you may have guessed, this one ran out of steam for a while but found new fuel recently. You think all those Pirates in the Cutthroats album get to sail around as they like? Not if they meet the Undead Pirates.
The bulk of this force are from Eureka. Skeleton pirates and a smaller and less varied group of Zombie Pirates. I wanted more Zombies and came across an article by GW on combining bits from the Empire Free Company and Zombie Regiment sprues to create Zombie Pirates, so I had a go and you can see the results in both the Zombie and Cutthroats album.
The second set of images are due to my good friend Jon, who told me a while back he had some "Heroquest and Old Ork" figures I could take my pick of. Knowing me very well he instead turned up the other week with a Keller's Keep box filled up with figures and gave me the lot. Seemed that the least I could do was slap some paint on a couple of the figures to show him what I could do with them, so we also have a rather nice Heroquest Zombie and a pair of Skeletons
