Please read this agreement; I made a few changes and simplified the legal stuff here.

First, do not post any material which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise illegal. Absolutely no hostility or other such nonsense will be tolerated here.

1.5 Any posts or any information may be removed or changed by the administrators or moderators for any reason.

Second, please respect the intellectual property of others. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material.

Third, Spam, flooding, chain letters, and pyramid schemes forbidden on this forum, unless they are posted for their entertainment value.

3.5 -- Solicitation and Advertising are permitted within the appropriate sections of the forum. However, Cheddarmongers is not responsible for any transactions that take place as the result of such solicitations and advertisements.

Fourth -- we are not responsible for the validity of anything posted here. You accept any risk of participating in any transactions.

Fifth -- your user ID and password belong to you; please keep your password safe, don't reveal it to anybody. The administrators will never ask for your password.

Finally -- FYI, the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.

This will be posted, and the content may be refined from time to time as necessary.
