Euro GT event diary entry on the GW website:

-About-
Euro GT (stands for 'get together') is a unique fantasy campaign
experience which features Mordheim, Fantasy Batte, Warmaster & Man O'War.
Please note that Mordheimers are permitted to use unofficial warbands.
This event is not a tournament.
-Tickets-
Weekend Ticket: £30
Includes a Saturday evening meal, eligibility for prizes at the end
on Sunday and of course a weekend of wargaming, maybe a bit more if
you arrive early and leave late.
One Day Ticket: £20
If you're playing on Saturday then it includes the evening meal, if
playing on Sunday then eligibility for the end of event prizes.
And of course as usual there is an 'early purchase discount'. In this
case its £5, so a weekend ticket will only cost £25, and a one day
ticket £15. This discount only runs until the 31st of January, so if
you can then I suggest that you buy your ticket now.
-Accomodation-
If you know what your arrival and departure dates are then I can also
deal with your hotel payments in advance. Friday, Saturday and Sunday
rooms cost £56 a night, whilst week-days are £61 a night. There are
twin rooms available at the same cost as the standard double's, but
they are going on a first come first served basis, with obvious
priority going to anyone bringing their family with them.
Alternatively you can take rooms from the block booking that I have
made with the hotel, if you wish to do this then please contact;
Nottingham Castle Marina Premier Travel Inn
Tel number: 08701977199
You need to speak to Linda Harley
Ask to take some of the Euro GT room allocation. This applies for
everyone planning on coming, you will need to transfer some of room
bookings that I have made onto your own credit cards, either that or
get me the money sharpish as I will be releasing the allocation that
I have made probably around mid-February, and then people will just
have to hope that there will still be room in the hotel or look elsewhere.
At the moment I can only accept payment via cheque, postal order or
money order in £Sterling. I can accept cash, but sending cash through
the post during the Christmas period is very much at the senders own
risk, so if you wish to do so then I suggest that you use some form
of registered post.
The address to send payments to is;
The Euro GT, c/o David Simpson
31 Elm Park Road
London
N3 1EG
UK
For the time being any cheques, etc... can be made payable to me
until such time as I manage to open a Euro GT bank account. Since my
income is naff all at the moment there aren't any tax implications,
as earning nothing means that I don't pay income tax... I will let
everyone know as and when this changes, and of course when I'm able
to take payments through other means I'll also let you know.
One final thing. Please remember that I need payment in £ Sterling,
not Euros or any other currency, as otherwise I'll almost certainly
face transaction charges that would swallow most of the money sent.
Other than that, if anyone has any questions at all then please feel
free to ask either off or on-list.
