Taxonomy upgrade extras
You may have followed my discussion with Keeper about arming an Eldar Death Jester with a missile launcher. Does anyone have a suitable spare weapon in their bits box that I could have -plastic or metal, old or new design, doesn't really matter.
Keeper was nice enough to send me a dark reaper weapon but it also came with a figure so I can't really split them up -what use is a launcerless reaper?
If anyone is interested, I think I have an extra eldar weapon crewman.

Nah, I didn't bother reading that discussion ;)
The point was you could arm a Death Jester with a Reaper Missile Launcher. If you need to re-arm the Dark Reaper - give him the shuriken cannon you cut off the Death Jester :)
They didn't cost you a lot, so go ahead and start converting! :D

Can you show me a picture of the figure you want to convert, and let me know what kind of weapon you'd want? I have a bits collection, but the sci-fi stuff is mostly ork or chaos.

Initially I hadn't really thought about giving the reaper the shuriken cannon. Was just thinking I'd end up with an unarmed reaper.
I'm warming to the idea of the shuriken cannon for the reaper but I'll have to look at the models to see how well the two weapons will cut.
