It's the clear plastic one's you get in blank DVD spindles to protect them.
I have ended up with a pile of them and will be using them for basing terrain.
If I get a pile done well enough, I will sell them on ebay, the plastic base makes the light and cut's down on postage. ;)

Too bloody cold out in the garage to stay long so the pic's were taken very quickly.

Which HA mould did you use for the blocks? Is it mounted on a CD, Wristy?
