I had a fairly productive week, with three miniatures in the wings waiting for their photo shoots. I think I'll also photograph more of my Warmachine stuff, as it looks fairly cool. It is definately painted to a tabletop standard, but pretty cohesive. I'm just debating whether to start gaming with them again, or if I should sell them off.
But I digress...
On this week's workbench, I've made some pretty good progress on the flesh tones for the Heresy Minatures Succubi -- I'm going to go for a faun type color, with cream underbellies and maybe some stripes or spots for markings. I've also got more of the Heresy SciFi figures on the sticks, two of the crew, two of the security officers. I'm excited to finish my SciFi characters because of those awesome bases I got from Geronimo, Fenris Games -- these bases are awesome! The castings are crisp and precise, with lots of flat (or at least level) surface for basing miniatures with both feet on the ground. Now I just gotta finish my Firefly crew and I have to find the right miniatures for a Princess Cecile (David Drake, Daniel Leary series) crew! I also have Foundry Judge Dread and Strontium (spelling?) Dog on the back burner.

The finished pics going up, as soon as I have time to set up the camera and make up the collages, will be the Grenedier Ogress, the Carcharoth Fantasy Football player, and "Texas" Bruce, aka The Major (what a wonky name).
