Okay, I know its been a while. It has been quite a month! And with a handful of miniatures banished to the stripping jar, here's whats up for this week:

First up, "Beastmaster" from Dark Sword. A really cool sculpt, strangely in its realism, but I thought he's a cool barbarian type, so I'm giving it a try. I'm kind of stuck on the metals, leathers, and furs.
There's a few snow beasts on the workbench, as I was getting frustrated with my ineptitude, I thought I'd go back to an old favorite. Two of them are Copplestone and one is Reaper.
Then there's a vintage Citidel miniature, affectionately named "Crusher," the axe wielding barbarian with the spiked helmet. He's almost done, just need to do some finish work on the metals.
Next up is Judge Dread and Strontium Dog, as well as a pair of Heresy Sci-Fi security guys. Because of my painting block, I'm trying to follow the Judge Dread tutorial in the Foundry book, and figured that the security guards could do with the same color scheme. Maybe.
Finally, there's a delightful new Reaper Half-Orc Barbarian. I'm really stuck on this one, I'm having a hard time finishing up. I think I did a good job on the skin, but I'm baffled by all the variety of leathers, and the axe blade is a bit intimidating.
