Another Workbench!

Okay, I know its been a while. It has been quite a month! And with a handful of miniatures banished to the stripping jar, here's whats up for this week:

First up, "Beastmaster" from Dark Sword. A really cool sculpt, strangely in its realism, but I thought he's a cool barbarian type, so I'm giving it a try. I'm kind of stuck on the metals, leathers, and furs.

Another day, another Dragon

As Deidre said, the Dragon Crossing was about to occur.

"Come-on, let's go!" said the sneaky little one. Then the magicky one turns us into the wind, and we fly up to the top of the lighthouse. There was an ogre waiting up there for us, so I charge into the beast!

After trading a few blows, the creature turned into a cloud and wafted away, leaving us free to search for the portal to the blue dragon's lair. We found the portal, and a riddle appeared. When we solved the riddle, a door appeared and we stepped through...

The last workbench of April

This week's workbench is a bit mild, except for a couple of challenge paint jobs (not seen here...)

Here we see whats up for next week. First, the Mercenary Wizard is still steadily painting himself, looking pretty good! Next up, I found a great old Citidel barbarian to play my character Ched in a D&D campaign. While I was back in the barbarian mindset, Ghonad the Heresy halfling barbarian screamed out for paint. Also, that old Citidel Norse Shaman is still on the bench. For now.
